Our Process
Reserving & Choosing Your Puppy
At Shawty Got Pups, updates regarding new breeding plans, confirmed pregnancies, and upcoming litters, are shared regularly through our blog. This allows potential new pet parents to stay informed as new puppies become available.
Those who are interested in our future litters may reach out through one of the available communication channels provided on our contact page to be added to our waitlist for upcoming pups.
Reservations officially open once puppies are 3 weeks of age. At this stage, puppies have begun to show consistent signs of healthy development, including steady weight gain, early growth milestones, and overall stability. Future parents of reserved pups are kept personally updated as the puppies grow and develop leading up to their time of placement.
Placements typically begin between 12 and 16 weeks of age, depending on each puppy’s individual development and overall readiness for transition. In select cases, puppies demonstrating strong developmental progress may be approved for placement as early as 10 weeks.
Pickup & Delivery
Once a puppy is fully prepared for placement, we coordinate directly with each family to arrange a pickup or delivery date.
Pickup is scheduled by appointment and may take place either at our home location based in East-Central Florida or at a mutually agreed public meeting location. All arrangements are confirmed in advance.
We offer complimentary nationwide delivery options for our non-local families. Each delivery is arranged with care to ensure the puppy travels safely and comfortably at all times.
Puppies are transported either by a trusted SGP team member or through a professional flight nanny service.
At the time of pickup or delivery, families receive all relevant documentation, which may include health records, vaccination history, veterinary information, registration paperwork, and general care guidance for the transition period.
Our goal is to ensure every puppy’s transition into their new home is handled with care from start to finish.
Payment & Pricing
Our French Bulldogs typically begin at $4,000. We accept payments through Zelle, wire transfer, and card payments processed through Square. Card transactions, including Apple Pay and tap-to-pay options, are subject to a 3% processing fee.
While we do not directly offer in-house financing, financing through Klarna may be available for payments processed through Square. We also maintain a list of third-party financing providers and lending institutions that may offer flexible payment options depending on individual approval.
